QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of one to three years of work experience in a team-oriented, high paced environment. Must have a love for, experience and good working knowledge of the internet and be extremely computer savvy. Must have proficient computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail/Google Drive, Social Media and Skype. Quickbook experience/knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and presentation skills. Someone who is eager to learn has a very strong work ethic, someone who goes above and beyond and wants to grow within our organization. Strong interpersonal skills essential. Needs to have reliable transportation as driving throughout the area is part of the job.  The most important requirement is to be a team player and have a willingness and the ability to do a wide range of duties (from menial tasks to completing complex spreadsheets) that will ultimately benefit the CEO and his team.

JOB PURPOSE: Primary job is to free the CEO’s time from organizing and completing various administrative tasks so the CEO can spend the maximum time of strategic tasks.    Tasks will range from personal items like hiring a cleaner or assisting in picking up kids, to completing an excel file and delivering reports to hundreds of staff members.

Essential Functions

1.      Acting as the first point of contact in dealing with communication and correspondence.

2.      Booking and arranging travel transportation and accommodations for owners

3.      Typing compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and various correspondence.

4.      Managing important files and databases

5.      Reminding CEO of important tasks, deadlines, and goals

6.      Miscellaneous personal tasks to support CEO (paying bills, purchasing food and personal items for CEO, taking the car to the shop, tracking expenses, etc)

7.    Miscellaneous office tasks and running various errands for CEO and upper management.
